Kirk E. Farnsworth, Ph.D., has had extensive, multidiscipline career experience as a naval officer (stationed in Japan), corporate executive (CRISTA Ministries), college professor (University of New Hampshire, Trinity College, and Wheaton College), and counseling psychologist and co-pastor of a disciple-making church with Rosie, his wife of nearly 50 years. He is an award-winning author of six books, two of which are complementary volumes to this book, about wounded churches: Wounded Workers (translated into Chinese), about wounded workers in the workplace and the church and All Churches Great and Small (translated into Russian), about healthy churches.
Dr. Kirk and Rev. Rosie are retired and reside on agriforestry acreage near Seattle, Washington.
Ed Finch graduated from Florida Southern College with degrees in Christian education and journalism. He attended Dallas Theological Seminary, where he worked on his ThM. Since seminary, Ed has worked in the organized church as a youth pastor, singles pastor, Christian education director and a teacher in the Calvary Chapel School of Ministry. He has also worked for several missions organizations. Ed and his wife, Elizabeth, along with three of their four children, currently attend Bayside Community Church of God in Safety Harbor, Florida.
Alean Ford is the author of All -Time Favorite, Look Up and Live, Poems From the Heart, and the Christian coloring book, A Little Bit of Faith. A native of Florida, she received her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Memorial College and her Master of Education degree from Emory University. For thirty-eight years, she has served as a public school teacher and administrator in Georgia, Texas, and Florida. She is currently a member of the Abundant Life Christian Centre in Margate, Florida, where she shares God's Word as a Journey Guide with the Women of Faith Bible Study. She has a heart for the lost around the world, and many are encouraged as she shares the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Alean and her husband Eddie live in Coral Springs, Florida, where they recently celebrated their forty-eighth wedding anniversary. They have four wonderful children, nine grandchildren, two sons-in-law, and a daughter-in-law.
Sharlene F. Fullwood co-founded Jubilee Evangelistic Ministries Inc., where she pastors alongside her husband, and Nehemiah Community Development Corporation in Coatesville, PA. She received her master’s degree in Christian counseling from Christian International School of Theology, and has worked as a Christian counselor for more than 17 years. Sharlene is an intercessor and prayer warrior with a heart for marriages, and a gifted prophetic minister under a powerful breaker anointing. She is the mother of one daughter, named Destine’.
